Refund & Return Policy

At ElectroConnect, we deliver 100% new and genuine products.
If your order has an issue, we’re here to help.
Please read the return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return

A return can be requested only if:

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

Model/variant/color is different from what you ordered.

✔ Damaged Product Delivered

If the item arrives physically damaged.

✔ Product Not Working Out of the Box

The device is dead on arrival (DOA) or not powering on.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with photos/videos of:

  • Outer box

  • Inner packaging

  • Product

  • IMEI/Serial Number (if applicable)


2. No Return in the Following Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item is used or activated

  • Brand seal is broken by the customer

  • Physical damage is reported after delivery

  • Wrong order was placed by the customer

  • Performance or heating issues as these are covered by brand warranty

  • Product is intentionally tampered.

For mobile phones, laptops, wearables, and electronics — brand warranty applies.


3. Replacement Policy

If approved, the product will be replaced with the same model.
Replacements are subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Successful verification of the returned item

If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after:

  • The product is received at our warehouse

  • QC verification is completed

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


6. Brand Warranty

All products carry official manufacturer warranty.
Issues after activation should be handled directly at the brand’s authorized service center.


7. Return Pickup

Return pickup will be arranged by our courier partners wherever available.
In remote areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
