Cancellation Policy

At ElectroConnect, we aim to provide a transparent and fair order cancellation process. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • No cancellation charges are applied.

  • For eligible orders, refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days.

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team before dispatch.


2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • If delivery is attempted, customers may choose to refuse the shipment.

  • Once the refused shipment is returned to our warehouse and verified, a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Refund Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via:

    • UPI, or

    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product clears quality checks.


4. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests received after dispatch will be treated as a return request.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on logistics and bank processing time.

  • ElectroConnect reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet policy conditions.
