At ElectroConnect, we follow a clear and structured cancellation process. Please review the terms below before placing an order.
Before dispatch
Cancellation allowed · No charges · Refund within 7 business days
After dispatch
Cancellation not accepted · Refuse delivery to initiate return

Cancellation before dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • No cancellation charges are applied.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are initiated within 7 business days.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through our support team before dispatch.

Cancellation after dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
  • Refused orders will be treated as a return once received back at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be processed only after product verification, as per the Return & Refund Policy.
