1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

No cancellation charges are applied.

For eligible orders, refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days.
To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team before dispatch.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If delivery is attempted, customers may choose to refuse the shipment.

Once the refused shipment is returned to our warehouse and verified, a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund Method
