At ElectroConnect, we ensure transparent and
reliable delivery as outlined below.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Orders
are processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days after
order placement.
- Orders
are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders
placed before 2:00 PM IST are generally processed on the
same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next
business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines based on customer location:
- Metro
Cities: 1–4 business days
- Tier
2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote
/ Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 0–7 business
days (handling + transit).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier
capacity, PIN-code serviceability, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- We
provide free shipping on All orders.
Courier Partners
ElectroConnect ships orders using established courier
partners, including:
- BlueDart
- Delhivery
- XpressBees
- Ecom
Express
Order Tracking
- After
dispatch, customers receive a shipment tracking link via SMS and
Email.
Delivery Attempts
- Courier
partners generally make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If
delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may contact the customer for
rescheduling.
Address Accuracy
- Customers
are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Address
changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery
delays may occur due to reasons beyond ElectroConnect’s control,
including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or
public holidays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In
case of damaged or lost shipments we will issue full Refund within 7 days
