Cash on delivery (COD)
  • COD is available only for selected products and serviceable locations.
  • ElectroConnect reserves the right to disable COD for high-value orders or high-risk locations.
  • Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in COD restrictions for the customer.

Failed transactions
  • If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.
  • If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank first.
  • You may also reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Pricing & charges
  • All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Any additional charges such as shipping or COD fees (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
There are no hidden charges on ElectroConnect.

A proper GST invoice is generated for every order and shared via email and/or included with the shipment.
