You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A product is eligible for return only if it is unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging included.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage are not eligible for return.
Return pickup is free where pickup service is available. If pickup is not serviceable, customers may courier the product and courier charges will be reimbursed based on actual receipts.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item clears quality checks. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or via UPI/bank transfer or store credit for COD or technical limitations.
If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is delivered, customers should contact support with unboxing photos or videos for free replacement or full refund.
