Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after a successful quality check.
Return eligibility 7-day window
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be included.
- Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Product condition for return
- Returned products must be unused and in original condition with no signs of use, wear, or installation.
- Products that have been used, installed, or show any physical wear are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable conditions
- Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product listing page.
Return process
- Return pickup is arranged where courier service is available at your location.
- If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to us.
- Courier charges for self-shipped returns are reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fee on returns that meet our return eligibility conditions.
Refund policy 7 business days
- Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Prepaid orders
Refund credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
Cash on delivery (COD)
Refund processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting customer bank details.
Replacement policy 7-day window
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.
Order cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Delivered orders can be returned as per this policy.
