Warranty coverage
- Products may include manufacturer warranty, seller warranty, or no warranty, depending on the item.
- The applicable warranty period, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- For manufacturer warranty, service and support are subject to the respective brand's warranty terms and service network.
- For seller warranty, support will be provided by ElectroConnect as per the terms in this policy.

Inspection & approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. ElectroConnect reserves the right to reject a claim if:
- The product is found to be physically damaged.
- The product has been tampered with or opened by an unauthorised person.
- Serial number or warranty stickers are missing or altered.
- The issue is found to be outside the scope of warranty coverage.

Repair / replacement / resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, ElectroConnect may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:
Repair the product
Replace the product
Suitable resolution
A refund is not guaranteed under warranty cases unless specifically decided by ElectroConnect or required under applicable law.

Shipping for warranty claims
- Customers may be required to ship the product for warranty inspection if pickup is not available at their location.
- Any applicable courier charges will be communicated by the support team after reviewing the case.
- ElectroConnect is not responsible for damage caused during transit if the product is not packed securely by the customer.

- Warranty period starts from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.
- Warranty terms may differ from product to product — the product page details will prevail in case of any difference.
